CJPS Udate

On 15 Feb 11, Crucible was awarded a CJPS (Small Business Set Aside) contract. On 28 Feb 11, we were notified of a “stay of performance” due to multiple protests. On 10 Mar 11, we were notified of a “contract suspension” while DoS re-evaluated the proposals. On 7 Jun 11, Crucible was notified that the re-evaluation was complete and that we remained a contract awardee. On 16 Jun 11, we were notified of another “stay of performance” due to another protest.

The latest information that we have is that no task orders (large or small) will be issued until GAO resolves the protest. Protest resolution may take up to 100 days. Crucible will continue to process applicants in anticipation of the first task order request for proposal. Thank you for your continued interest.
